How
to use the system efficiently?
If you
have questions not answered here email us at cs@snohome.com!
Selections/Reductions:
In this field you can enter (or paste
using the Windows feature Control-V) any PICK 3 numbers from any
source you like to use. You can copy numbers from other systems,
Excel sheets, Forum messages and other sources. The only
requirement is that the numbers are PICK 3 numbers. If other
text is included you can leave it in. The system will filter it
out and accept almost any kind of input. The system can handle
styles such as 2-3-4, 2 4 5, or 3,4,5 with or without
separators.
Special functions
or commands:
To allow the system to combine different sources of numbers
currently three commands where created to help doing that and
keeping a ranking intact that the sources might have:
/+L/
This command tells the system that a list of PICK 3 numbers in
following that it should combine with the previous entries. IF
you have more than one source of numbers it is required.
/-L/
This commands tells the program that the following list of PICK
3 numbers should be subtracted from all of the previous lists.
You can you use to get rid of all numbers that where already
drawn within the last 30 days, by simple enter the command /-L/
followed by a list of the last 30 draws of your favorite
lottery.
/+B/
This last command will automatically create a list of all
possible Boxed numbers to use as input data. It can be very
helpful, if you for example would like to see which numbers did
not come within the last 200 draws in your state or similar
checks that THE CRUNCH can do for you.
Filter
Selections:
High/Low Selector: This filter reduces
the number of selections by allowing you to choose whether you
want to only include numbers that contain at one (HHL) or two (HLL)
high digits or only low numbers (LLL) or high numbers (HHH). If
in doubt leave the selection as is or mark all boxed.
Even/Odd Selector: To reduce the
number of selections further you might want to only include
numbers that contain at one (EEO) or two (EOO) odd digits and
not only even numbers (EEE) or odd numbers (OOO). If in doubt
check all boxes.
Sum Range Selector: This
filter allows you do decide which sums the result numbers should
have. There are 28 sums possible from 0 to 27. To calculate a
sum of a number you simply add up the digits. Example: The sum
of 453 is 12. 4+5+3=12.
Root Selector: This
filter selects which sum roots you would like see in the
results. There are 10 sums possible from 0 to 9. To calculate
the sum of the sum or the sum of a number you simply add up the
digits. Example: The sum of 595 is 19. 5+9+5=19. The sum of 19
is 10 (1+9=10). The sum of 10 is 1 (1+0=1).
Key Number Selector:
The key number filter makes you pick
the digits that you want to see in the results. If you only want
to select numbers that contain 1's or 2's just select only the
numbers 1 and 2 in the selection. The system will make sure that
only numbers are picked that contain al least one of those
digits.
Singles, Doubles, Triples:
Unselect doubles or triples to reduce the numbers selected by
the wheel. But that does not mean that is always good. If you
like to include doubles or triples check the according box. You
can also uncheck the singles if you are confident that doubles
are about to appear in your favorite lottery!
Buttons: Clear
Entries clears the entry area. Reset Filters sets the
filters back our standards. Clear Results clears the
output area. Start System starts the Wheeling process.
Combination/Elimination/Results:
Besides the information selected from
the input field the system will contain the results of the
combinations and reductions. The numbers are ranked and are
listed in Priorities. The highest priority comes first.
Different straight numbers with the same boxed numbers are put
into parenthesis.
Good Luck!
