The PICK/13 List
Fake? Crime? Truth?

In last 12 months on various message boards, you saw messages referring to a PICK/13 list. What is it?
This mysterious PICK/13 list is basically a huge list of PICK 3 numbers. It states that after a particular PICK3 set drawn, the following draw will be one out of a list of 13 sets. Example: After 356, only one of the following sets will be drawn: 167,564,983,092,334,761,222,890,102,982,119,442,390. That is more or less all that this PICK/13 list consists of, lots of numbers.
This list is hard to come by, and was duplicated almost in secrecy. Its source is unknown. It is not clear what the original purpose was. Various people on the message boards mentioned that it works.
There are numerous theories of the origins of this strange list:
It could have been a list used in illegal lotteries, or lottery scams, to allow only certain individuals to win. It might also be related to some spiritual beliefs (the number 13?). Others say that is was just a made-up list, to make some money from some gullible souls.
Whatever it is, the PICK/13 list still sounds intriguing. If anybody has more information about it, we would like to hear more.
